About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to every booking made through beautifly.wink (the “website”), operated by Beautifly.Wink Beauty Bar (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at 12 Mlonji Street, Village 1, Ilitha Park, Khayelitsha, Cape Town, South Africa. By completing a booking and payment you agree to be bound by these terms.

Clause

Our services

We provide in-studio beauty services including lash extensions, refills, brow treatments and related add-ons. All services are performed by appointment only at our studio address. We do not sell physical goods that require shipping — the website is a booking platform for in-person appointments.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Payments are processed securely online via card or EFT through our payment provider. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. We do not accept cash at the studio.

Service delivery

Because we deliver services in person rather than shipping products, “delivery” means the performance of your booked service at the studio on the date and time confirmed at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with your booking reference immediately after payment. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If we are unable to perform your service for a reason on our side (e.g. therapist illness, load-shedding beyond backup capacity), we will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations & reschedules

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot by contacting the studio. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. A “no call, no show” will be charged 50% of the remaining service fee before a future booking can be made.

Refund policy

Because services are booked into a reserved time slot, refunds are limited:

  • Full refund — if we cancel your appointment or cannot perform the booked service for a reason on our side.
  • Full refund — if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.
  • No refund — for cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to complete the service.
  • Partial refund — where a service was started but could not be completed due to a client-side issue (e.g. reaction, discomfort), we will refund the portion of the service not performed at our discretion.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email hello@beautiflywink.com with your booking reference.

Clause

Lateness & prep fees

A R80 late fee applies if you arrive 10 minutes late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled with payment forfeited. A R120 removal fee applies to lashes from another studio and an R80 lash bath fee applies to heavy makeup or cluster glue.

Client responsibility & liability

You confirm that you are 18 years or older (or have guardian consent) and have disclosed any allergies, medical conditions or eye conditions before your appointment. We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities. Aftercare instructions are provided at the appointment; retention is not guaranteed if aftercare is not followed.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to manage your booking (name, contact details, service selection and payment confirmation). Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
